PR Account Manager/Senior Account Manager - Brand/Lifestyle
The employer is seeking a creative, consumer account manager/senior account manager to work across a dynamic portfolio of clients across destination, retail and consumer brands, working with some of the most celebrated destinations in London. The right candidate will have strong agency and/or in-house experience.
You will have an excellent understanding and proven track-record of delivering and implementing winning PR & comms strategies; be used to working on integrated, multi-channel campaigns and have a strong sense of media appetite and delivery. You will also have a robust book of media, influencer and industry contacts. Creative and inspiring – you will have a natural sense of what’s new and what will garner media and social coverage.
You will be working on fully integrated campaigns with various teams across the agency and will have the opportunity to get involved in regular new business pitches as well as having access to internal training schemes. You will be a real lynch pin within the team with room to progress quickly if you demonstrate the right skills and tenacity.
Applicants who have experience in consumer/lifestyle/fashion/retail sectors will be of particular interest, as will those who can demonstrate a keen passion and skill for writing – for a range of mediums and audiences.

A proven track-record of creating and delivering successful campaigns from start to finish

Strategic thinking both in the development and implementation of campaign development/annual plan
Editorial & media skills

Strong understanding and excellent relationships with consumer media relevant for retail, destination and consumer brand clients

Ability to write effectively and persuasively, producing strong pitches, briefs and media materials
Account manager skills

Extensive experience in account handling knowledge, strong project/campaign/event management skills, budgeting, planning and people management expertise

Excellent communication skills and ability to express winning ideas clearly and convincingly in meetings and presentations
Client handling & commercial

Experience in building excellent client relationships through demonstration of knowledge and expertise of the sector

Commercially astute and able to direct a portfolio of clients’ accounts profitably
