Job Description 

The employer has a unique opportunity for a PR Manager to join our global luxury agency in London, UK. The role is based across the employers' Luxury Lifestyle & Travel division. This individual must have a proven track record of developing and executing strategic, integrated campaigns (including earned media, programming and activations, partnerships and influencers) and successfully managing and mentoring junior team members. Strong media contacts, creativity and a finger on the pulse of luxury, lifestyle, culture and relationships both locally and nationally are a must. Previous experience working within the luxury market is a must. 

 

This individual will serve as a mentor, manager, and lead example for account teams on client management, results, staff development and strategic guidance. The right candidate has experience with either travel, lifestyle and/or consumer PR, agency or in-house expertise and a passion for the travel and luxury industry. 

 

It is an exciting time to join the agency as we are expanding, and we are part of a large group of international agencies, working under the same roof with our sister agency. 

 

The Role 
  • Forming close relationships with your clients and being an extension of their in-house team.

  • Deliver media coverage and have a finger on the pulse of the industry and the world around as well

  • Support with client relations, programs and campaigns from planning to execution in support of the Account Director on each account

  • Ability to work under pressure, and deliver strategies across short and longterm time periods

  • Build and maintain relationships with travel, lifestyle and the wellness media

  • Working on exciting events and press trips.

  • Working alongside the creative team on integrated campaigns for your clients.

  • Writing press releases and managing social platforms.

Experience 

  • 5-7 years’ experience at a PR agency or in-house marketing/communications 

  • A track record of success within design/culture industries including top tier media results. 

  • Identifying the right brands, KOLS, creatives to align with client campaigns. 

  • Exceptionally strong writing skills for both media, social media, and client communications 

  • A “proactive” attitude, team mentality, and the ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Exceptional problem-resolution skills, including the ability to think creatively and prioritize multiple assignments in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
