Job Description

Overview of role

  • Client administration: preparation of meeting agendas, setting up meetings, compiling meeting wrap-ups, completing activity trackers, compiling coverage reports and campaign wrap ups.

  • Writing press releases and opinion pieces.

  • Media pitching: compiling lists of target media for clients and pitching them news and stories.

  • Building media contacts and relationships with journalists.

  • Contributing ideas for content, pitches and wider campaigns.

  • Attending client meetings and events, and staffing media briefings

  • Taking an active role in client communications, both day-to-day and during scheduled meetings

  • Balancing client work effectively to ensure accounts are serviced and tasks aren’t missed

  • Helping to develop and attending new business pitches when required

  • Supporting the agencies’ marketing through the development of case studies, press releases, blog posts etc. when required


  • 3+ months experience preferred in PR / Communications, corporate / tech PR

  • Excellent writing skills, attention to detail and a passion for technology and current affairs
